（中央社記者張茗喧台北14日電）中國大陸天津12日深夜發生大爆炸，大量氰化鈉持續外洩，恐危害人體健康。環保署今天表示，預計2天內會發函各縣市政府，加強製造、進口工廠稽查作業。

環保署環管處長袁紹英今天表示，氰化鈉是第3類毒化物，多為電鍍、科技業使用，目前規定國內業者只要進口、購入超過500公斤以上，就須提出危害預防應變計畫書，並設有專責人員。

此外，袁紹英指出，氰化鈉除了進口，國內也有生產製造，為了避免存放方式有誤造成天津爆炸事件重演，2天內將發函各縣市政府，加強製造、進口工廠稽查作業。1040814
